Azerbaijan, Iran discuss co-op prospects

First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyyubov met Iranian ambassador in the country Mohsen Pakayeen, the embassy told Trend news agency.
Eyyubov noted the need to strengthen relations between the two friendly and brotherly countries and said that Azerbaijan will always be near with Iran.
Eyyubov also noted positive growth in the development of economic and political ties between the two countries. He also noted that the religious, historical and cultural similarities further strengthening of the friendship between the two countries and people.
Ambassador Pakayeen also reported about positive development of relations between the two countries, adding that there are no obstacles to the development of relations between Tehran and Baku.
