Azeri, Italian interior ministries sign co-op deal
An agreement on cooperation has been signed between the Interior Ministries of Azerbaijan and Italy, Azerbaijani Embassy in Italy said.
The agreement was signed by Azerbaijan's Interior Minister Ramil Usubov and his Italian counterpart Anna Maria Cancellieri.
Azerbaijani delegation led by minister Usubov is in Italy for participation in the 81st session of the General Assembly of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol). The visit will last till Thursday.
The two sides expressed satisfaction with the current level of bilateral relations between the two countries and noted the importance of exchanging experience in law enforcement field.
The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Italy Vagif Sadigov
