Azeri president meets Ecuadorian FM
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev met on Tuesday the Ecuadorian delegation led by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Integration Ricardo Armando Patino Aroca.
President Aliyev said it is the first visit of the Ecuadorian delegation to Azerbaijan on the level of ministers, expressing hope the number of such visits will increase. He expressed confidence this visit would serve establishment of active relations between the two countries.
The President expressed assurance the Ecuadorian minister`s visit to Azerbaijan would be successful.
The Ecuadorian minister expressed satisfaction with his first visit to Azerbaijan. He said Ecuador was interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan.
Aroca underlined this visit would open wide opportunities for determination of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Ecuador in a variety of fields.
