Azeri paper editor detained over bribe
BAKU – The editor of a little known newspaper in Azerbaijan has been detained over bribery.
Elnur Mammadov, the editor-in-chief of Azerbaycan Gundemi (Azerbaijan Agenda) newspaper, was caught red-handed by law enforcers while taking a bribe worth 1,000 manats (over $1,200).
