Germany issues postage stamps over Azerbaijan`s Eurovision victory
BAKU – Postage stamps "Eurovision Song Contest-Azerbaijan Winner 2011" have been issued in Germany in honor of Azerbaijan’s victory at the Eurovision, Azerbaijani Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company’s website reported.
Azerbaijani duo Eldar Gasimov and Nigar Jamal (Ell / Nikki) with their pop-ballad "Running Scared" won the Eurovision contest this year.
According to the rules of Eurovision, the winner-country gets the right to host the next competition.
