US congresswoman brings up Khojaly genocide
BAKU – US Representative of North Carolina Sue Myrick has raised at the US Congress an issue related to recognition of the Khojaly massacre committed by Armenian armed forces against Azerbaijanis in 1992.
Addressing to Speaker of the House of Representatives she said hundreds of innocent people had been killed in the Khojaly massacre. She called on to share sorrow of Azerbaijanis.
Myrick underlined Azerbaijan is an important ally in the Middle East.
