The International Real Estate & Investment Show 2017 (IREIS) is the one-stop shop for real estate investment opportunities across the world.

The 9th edition of the expo will be held from November 2-4 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), Abu Dhabi.

Organized by Dome Exhibitions with the support of Federation of Chamber of Commerce and ADNEC, the show will attract more than 120 local, regional and international exhibitors representing a spectrum of the real estate business, including property development, investment, real estate brokerage and related services. The exhibition will showcase a variety of high-end properties ranging from residential to land properties from Europe, US, Canada, Asia, GCC and the Middle East. International investors and participants seek to benefit from the facilities, incentives and investor-friendly regulations in the UAE, in addition to Abu Dhabi’s strategic location as a business hub and an attractive investment destination, according to the organisers.

Managing Director of Dome Exhibitions, Antoine Georges commented on the potential of IREIS 2017 saying, “Over the previous editions of the show, we have witnessed an increase in demand among local and international investors who are eagerly interested to invest in the region. This year’s International Real Estate & Investment Show will be a consumer-focused (B2C) exhibition, creating a 30% growth in terms of visitors and exhibitors participation for 2017 edition. We will be bringing together leading real estate, finance, and investment companies under one roof. It will stand as a way for direct engagement among real estate companies, consultants, investors and potential buyers.” He added that the low property prices and the expected growth in coming years especially with the announcement of the new projects and the Expo 2020/Strategic Vision 2030 initiatives will further create an ample of opportunities which are growth promising.

IREIS is an indispensable sales and networking platform where all the professionals of international real-estate industry are gathered to share and gain invaluable insight on sought-after fields through our International Conference platform. Dual citizenship and residency by investment pavilion will not only educate but will also offer opportunities pertaining to the field for investors, and compare the different global investor citizenship and migration programmes to see which works best for you.

The new segment, Investors Meet Zone is an innovative meeting platform designed to provide institutional and individual investors with insights on the best investment opportunities across the globe. It’s truly a global platform aimed to connect projects and the investors worldwide. Here, HNW and Ultra HNW investors from Private & Public sector represented by C-Level executives, Government representatives, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Portfolio Managers, Real Estate and Investment Project Managers from around the region will meet the best project offers from the international market.

IREIS 2017 will also host its signature country pavilions that are set up in collaboration with its respective embassy and trade promotion councils from countries including Turkey, Cyprus, Portugal, Philippines, Egypt, India and Pakistan. IREIS 2016 witnessed 92 exhibitors from 24 countries and attracted more than 8,500 visitors from 73 countries in 2016, has projected a 30% growth for this year.

Regarding its successful participation, Andrew Covill the Director of Henry Wiltshire Abu Dhabi Leasing & Estate Agents said, “We are thrilled with our successful participation at IREIS 2016. It has been a steady footfall with enquiries and generated interest across the board.” Abdelaziz Fikri, Acting Director of UAE’s very own Sharjah Asset Management that launched its biggest project Al Saja’a Industrial Oasis stated, “This is our first participation in Abu Dhabi and we selected IREIS as our platform given its outstanding reputation, high demand, and reliability”. Ala’a Massoud, Vice President Marketing for Schon Properties highlighted the fact that Abu Dhabi residents are interested to invest in Dubai real estate market which is the best opportunity at the moment. That is the reason we are here at IREIS to attract Investors to our projects and it’s been a very good show for us.

Arton Capital, one of the oldest companies of the industry, facilitates citizenship primarily in Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean region. Armand Arton, President of Arton Capital had to add, “It has been a privilege for us to participate in the Citizenship by Investment Exhibition. We are happy with the outstanding results, the interest generated, and the high attendance we have been receiving, not just from the UAE, but from the region.” Sam Bayat, the CEO of Bayat Legal Services explained, “Our most demanded service has always been migration. We focus on investment programs particularly in Europe and the Caribbean region. Our participation at IREIS is a privilege as the GCC market is booming. The expatriate community that makes up nearly three quarters of the total population is our primary target. Most expats wish to eventually migrate or are actively seeking to obtain a secondary passport.”

Dome Exhibitions aims to grow the show’s global scope, especially as the exhibition focuses on nationalities demonstrating a high demand for real estate investments.
