Nigar Narimanbayova's “Marionette” to be exhibited in Paris

Azerbaijan’s world-renowned artist Nigar Narimanbayova will
represent the country at an art project in Paris.
Dedicated to the International Women’s Day -- March 8, the
exhibition will feature works of many prominent artists from around
the world.
The project is jointly organized by Trade Representative of Russia
in France Alexander Turov, Russian Science and Culture Center in
Paris and "Stella Art International” Association headed by Stella
Kalinina.
“An exhibition of artists, making up the golden fund of the "Stella Art International”, will be opened on March 10 in a stunning mansion in the heart of Paris -- Russian Trade Delegation,” Narimanbayova said.
The talented artist stressed that each master will present on of his/her latest paintings.
“I’ll put on display “Marionette” work from my new series of “Love Toys” painting, which will be exhibited at my solo exhibition in Parisian gallery -- International Art Galerie on March 3,” she emphasized.
The program will include a gala evening accompanied with jazz concert of famous French artists, according to the artist.
“Popular Parisian couturier Jean Doucet with his new collection has also been invited to the event. Beautiful old walls of the ancient mansion will be decorated with paintings of famous "Stella Art International" artists known both in France and all over the world, among whom I will represent my native Azerbaijan,” the national artist underlined.
Narimanbayova, who lives and works in Paris and Baku, graduated from the Azim Azimzade Azerbaijan State Art School and the Gerasimov All-Union State Institute of Cinematography in Moscow.
She has participated in a number of national and international art exhibitions in France, Germany, Austria, and Azerbaijan.
The artist is a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan and the International Association of Art. Her paintings have been put on display at the exhibition halls of the Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Ministry, Azerbaijan National Museum of Art, as well as in private collections.
