Eurovision 2012 tickets’ sale date set

Tickets for the Eurovision 2012 Song Contest due in Baku will go on sale on February 28, the website of the contest said on Wednesday.
Azerbaijan won the right to host the prestigious European song contest after the victory of Eldar Gasimov and Nigar Jamal (Ell / Nikki) at Eurovision 2011 in Dusseldorf, Germany last May.
The 57th Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Baku Crystal Hall, which is under construction near the National Flag Square.
The facility has 23,000 seats, and another 16,000 viewers will be able to watch the semifinals and the final on large monitors.
The Eurovision 2012 semi-finals will be held in Baku on May 22 and 24, and the finals on May 26.
The motto of the contest is "Light your fire" and the logo is "Flaming flower".
