"Photo magic of stars" expo to open in Baku

A photo exhibition "Photo magic of stars" will be held in "Gallery 1969" in Baku on October 19-21.
Works of the fifty successful photographers will be demonstrated at the exhibition, Azertag reported.
A meeting with members of the International Photographic Union (GPU) will be also held as part of the event.
Participants of the exhibition will be able to get acquainted with the members of the International Photo Association and gain access to information about the GPU.
The exhibition aims to ensure the participation of Azerbaijani photographers at international events in the future and promote national culture.
GPU is formed for those photographers who wish to take part in a truly international organization where photographic art allows and encourages cultural exchange.
The management board is currently represented by eight internationally renowned photographers from seven countries with members of GPU from four continents. Each country has a dedicated GPU national "delegate", who is the local contact point for all issues related to GPU.
