Azerbaijan`s GM draws with Czech player at Tata Steel Chess Tournament
Azerbaijan's grandmaster Shahriyar Mammadyarov has been held to a draw by Czech David Navara in the tenth round of the Tata Steel Chess Tournament 2016 in Wijk aan Zee.
Mammadyarov will next face American Fabiano Caruana.
Another Azerbaijani player Nijat Abbasov beat Dutch Anne Haast in the tenth round of the Tata Steel Chess-Challengers, Azertac state news agency reported.
