Azerbaijani riders compete in Slovakia
Azerbaijan's junior road cycling team competed in the 52nd International Cycling Day held in Slovakia.
National riders, Musa Mikayilzade, Tarlan Mammadov, Kanan Gahramanli and Khalil Khalilov joined the competition.
The first day of the race, attended by 117 riders across 10 countries, was 7 km long hill climbing and the first successful result came from Musa Mikayilzade, who finished 8th.
Meanwhile, the riders had a criterium race on the same day and here Kanan Gahramanli took 8th.
On the second day the riders had a road race on 84 course where Gahramanli again had a fabulous attack taking 12th. This also helped him to become 6th in the GC.
