Azerbaijani wrestlers rank 3rd at European Nations Cup
Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestling team have claimed a bronze medal at the European Nations’ Cup tournament in Moscow after beating Hungary 6-2.
In the freestyle event, Azerbaijan grabbed silver after losing to Russia in the final.
The tournament brought together teams from Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus, Hungary, Bulgaria and Sweden,AzerTag state news agency reported.
