Qarabag FC holds first game in Europe League

Azerbaijan's Qarabag football club played its first UEFA Europe League group stage game on September 18.
Latest champion of Azerbaijan's Topaz Premier League met with French Saint-Etienne at Tofig Bahramov stadium in Baku.
Qarabag FC dominated the game in the first and second halves with its attacking energy and intensity. Despite being organized going forward, Qarabag FC stalled to score, as French goalee kept his net untouchable. Club's prolific Brazilian forward Reynaldo missed a real chance to bring the needed three points.
The match ended up in tie with 0-0 on the scoreboard, as both sides couldn't manage to score. So, they agreed to leave the pitch with peace and one point for each.
FC will play its next game against Italian FC Internazionale in Guiseppe Meazza stadium in Qarabag Milan on, October 2.
Note that Ukrainian FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, French Saint-Etienne and Italian FC Internazionale are the rivals of Qarabag FC at group F of UEFA Europa League.
