Azerbaijani wrestlers shine at Cadet World Championships
Azerbaijani wrestlers have brought home a clutch of 11 medals, including two golds from the 2014 FILA Cadet World Championships in Snina, Slovakia.
The gold medals came from Teymur Mammadov at 63kg and Shamil Sadullayev at 85kg, AzerTag state news agency reported.
Other Azerbaijani wrestlers Nijat Abdullayev at 76kg, Soslan Fanziyev at 85kg, Javid Feyziyev at 100kg, Leyla Gurbanova at 49kg, Afgan Khashalov at 50kg and Mahir Amiraslanov at 58kg grabbed silver medals, while Seymur Huseynov, Islambek Dadov and Turkan Nasirova won bronzes in the 46kg, 69kg and 46kg divisions respectively.
