The Kazakh government decided to withdraw the bill on the "Ratification of the agreement on participation in the activities of the International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) in Afghanistan in the form of an exchange of notes between Kazakhstan and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization" from the Kazakh Parliament.
The Kazakh Foreign Ministry reported the implementation of the agreement is invalid in connection with the upcoming completion of the ISAF mission in Afghanistan.
The countries of the anti-terrorism coalition have already started actively working out the issue of withdrawing their troops, military equipment and weapons in connection with the completion of withdrawing the ISAF in Afghanistan by late 2014.
Spain has stated about early withdrawal of its troops. France decided to withdraw its troops by June 2013 - a year and a half before the official announcement date.
