Armenian opposition to stage protest (UPDATED)
BAKU – Opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK) is planning to hold a rally downtown Yerevan on September 17, reports say.
HAK has already notified the city authorities about its plans. According to Armenian law, the authorities have to provide an answer within 72 hours.
