Austin says US giving intelligence to Ukraine

US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has confirmed publicly that the United States is providing intelligence to Ukrainian forces to conduct operations in eastern Ukraine, Trend reports citing Ukrinform.
According to CNN, he said this while testifying before the Senate Armed Services Committee.
"We are providing them a … intelligence to conduct such operations … in the Donbas," Austin said.
