Daily turnover at Baku Stock Exchange exceeds 13M manats

The turnover at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) exceeded 13 million manats on October 23, according to statistics on the BSE website.
Thus, placement of bonds worth over 13.005 million manats of Azerbaijan’s Finance Ministry was held at the BSE on Oct. 23. The cost of each bond sold was 100.0515 manats.
The volume of transactions on shares in the BSE secondary market amounted to 192 manats. During the day, 96 transactions were concluded on the shares of the companies “Meishet Mallari”, “Binagadi Agaj Emali” and “Deller tikinti materiallari”.
The daily trading volume in the secondary bond market exceeded $151,000.
During the day, trading was conducted only with the US dollar bonds of Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR. The cost of transactions ranged from $1,007 to $1,015 per bond. A total of 149 deals were concluded.
