Earthquake jolts Tajikistan

A magnitude 5.0 quake jolted Tajikistan on January 9 morning, Sputnik Tajikistan reported citing a seismological expedition of the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science.
The epicenter of the earthquake is located 605 kilometers to the south-west from Tajikistan’s Almaty city.
Earthquake measuring 5.4 also jolted Tajikistan in mid December.
