Iranian army unveiled three updated sniper rifles during the second day of a massive military drill, which is underway in the southeast of the country, Tasnim news agency reports.

Iranian official media outlets suggest that the country has made achievements in its defense sector and has attained self-sufficiency in producing essential military equipment and systems over the recent years.
Tehran has repeatedly said that its military might poses no threat to other countries, reiterating that its defense doctrine is based on deterrence.
