Crued price on world markets
The price of oil continue falling in the world markets.
On the New York Stock Exchange NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange) cost of the US Light crude oil decreased $0.86 to stand at $28.82. Price of the Brent crude oil at the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) fell $0.93 to trade at $28.18.
SOCAR Marketing and Economic Operations Department reported that the price of a barrel of Azeri Light crude oil decreased $0.82 to stand at $30.72 on the world markets.
The average price for AZERI LT (CIF based), extracted on the block of Azerbaijani fields Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli, was $31.71 per barrel on January 11-15 or $4.4 per barrel less than the previous week.
The average price for Brent Dated was $29.02 per barrel or $5.23 per barrel less than the previous week.
