Azerbaijan’s SOCAR opens new gas station in Georgia
Azerbaijan's state oil firm has commissioned a new gas station in Tbilisi under the SOCAR brand, a statement released by SOCAR on Wednesday said.
According to the report, there are currently 105 SOCAR stations in Georgia.
As SOCAR reported earlier, it plans to open 30 more gas stations in Georgia in the next two years.
In December 2012, SOCAR commissioned the first multi-functional combination gas station in Georgia.
SOCAR, the sole producer of oil products in Azerbaijan, owns petrol stations in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Romania and Switzerland.
