Total, CNPC eye oil and gas projects in Tajikistan
Tajikistan has discussed opportunities for cooperation in oil and gas sector with French company Total and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), Trend news agency reported on Friday referring to Asia-Plus media group.
Negotiations were held by Energy and Industry Minister of Tajikistan, Gul Shirali and representatives of Total and CNPC.
The main purpose of the negotiations was to discuss opportunities and establish the cooperation among the companies and the country in oil and gas sector, as well as participation of those companies in oil and gas projects in Tajikistan.
