Petkim names new CEO
Sadettin Korkut has been appointed the new CEO of the Turkish petrochemical complex Petkim, in which Azerbaijan's state oil company SOCAR has a stake, Trend news agency reported referring to Son Dakika agency.
CEO position was left vacant due to Hayati Ozturk's transfer to the position of board of directors member.
SOCAR Turkey Enerji, Turkish division of SOCAR, and SOCAR International DMCC OGG own 61.32 per cent stake in Petkim. Another 38.67 per cent of the shares are in free float on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
