Conference on national oil databases to be held in Baku
A regular conference on national oil databases will be held in
Baku in 2014, Azerbaijani state oil company SOCAR said in a
statement released on Monday.
According to the report, the decision was made at a traditional
conference on national oil database, which was held on October
21-25 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
At the conference with participation of 180 representatives from 35 countries, Azerbaijan was represented by a delegation headed by the SOCAR vice president on human resources and information technologies Khalig Mammadov.
The conference, which will be held in Baku, will bring together more than 200 representatives from 40-45 countries.
