Azerigas and E.ON Ruhrgas sign deal
Azerbaijani gas supplier Azerigas operating under the state energy firm SOCAR and German E.ON Ruhrgas AG have signed a service contract to draft a feasibility study for modernization of the gas supply system in Baku and surrounding regions, SOCAR said Thursday.
According to the contract, E.ON Ruhrgas will draft a feasibility study for extension, modernization and reconstruction of the current gas distribution network, elimination of gas loss in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula.
