Italian refiner Saras eyes boosting ties with SOCAR
BAKU – Italian refiner Saras SpA is interested in extending business relations with Russia's oil companies Rosneft and Gazprom Neft and Azerbaijan's SOCAR, Saras's General Manager Dario Scaffardi said on Friday, Reuters reported.
Asked by an analyst in a conference call if such relations with the major oil companies would include joint ventures, Scaffardi said: 'We are ready to discuss anything.'
However, third-party contracts to refine oil for these companies was a priority for Saras, he added.
