Shah Deniz II final concept to be adopted in fall
BAKU – The final concept of Shah Deniz II project is expected to be adopted by the end of the year, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev was quoted by local media as saying.
SOCAR and its partners are currently in talks with the potential European buyers of gas to be produced in Shah Deniz field.
According to SOCAR officials, the last investment decision on Shah Deniz II exploitation will be made in October, 2011.
