Azerbaijan to produce 52m tonnes of oil
BAKU – According to forecasts, Azerbaijan will produce 52m tonnes
of oil this year.
"Azerbaijan will produce more than 52m tonnes of oil this year," told Azeri Energy Minister Natig Aliyev to APA.
Azerbaijan is currently producing more than 1m barrels of oil per day.
Azerbaijan’s natural gas reserves exceed 2 trillion cubic meters. Last year, the country produced 23.6bn cubic meters of gas.
"Azerbaijan is currently working on a number of prospective structures," he said.
"Azerbaijan will produce more than 52m tonnes of oil this year," told Azeri Energy Minister Natig Aliyev to APA.
