Deutsche Bank allots $80m loan to SOCAR
Germany’s Deutsche Bank last week allocated a $80 million
collateral-free loan to Azerbaijani state energy firm SOCAR to
finance investment programs, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev has
said.
Deutsche Bank’s Ben Dobson said his financial institution was keen on implementing projects jointly with SOCAR. He noted that the bank intends to continue this cooperation in the future and the current initiative marks its beginning.
Hosting a Deutsche Bank delegation on Thursday, Abdullayev pointed out that his company and the German bank have established efficient collaboration.*
