Turkmenistan to host int’l gas congress in May 2017
The 8th meeting of Turkmenistan Gas Congress is scheduled to be held May 23-24, 2017 in the Avaza National Tourist Zone in the city of Turkmenbashi, said the article of the Nebit-Gaz, the online newspaper of the Turkmen Oil and Gas Complex.
Summit Trade Events Ltd. (the UK) is the co-organizer of the meeting in partnership with the Turkmenistan’s Turkmengaz State Concern, according to the article.
It is planned to hold business meetings between foreign businessmen and representatives of Turkmen oil and gas ministries within the framework of the Turkmenistan Gas Congress.
It is also reported that during the congress meeting, the government of Turkmenistan will announce plans for the country’s industrial development until 2025, including new priority projects and opportunities for investments.
