ADA successfully ends training Program for diplomats
ADA University has successfully completed the training program held for 41 young diplomats.
At the event on this occasion, ADA Rector Hafiz Pashayev spoke
of the importance of the program held for more than 8 years in the
development of new generation of diplomats.
Director of Qualification Program of ADA Aygun Hajiyeva noted the
role of this program operating since 2007, in improving the skills
on a variety of topics of diplomats from Azerbaijan, Asia, Africa,
the Middle East, Latin America, the US and Europe.
During the next training the young diplomats were trained on the
topics as leadership skills, effective communication, teamwork,
negotiation skills, proper management of the business meetings,
oratory, as well as current trends in public diplomacy, building
relationships with the media and Azerbaijani studies.
Independent consultants from Poland, Malta and other countries,
representatives of Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry, members of
parliament, as well as a number of representatives of embassies in
Baku were also among the program's instructors, along with ADA
University Deans, vice rector and professor staff.
The trainees received certificates.
