Azerbaijan, Germany mull co-op in legal sphere
Azerbaijan`s Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov met German Ambassador to the country Heidrun Tempel on March 5, AzerTag state news agency.
Noting friendly and effective cooperation between Azerbaijan and Germany, the minister said the signing of a joint statement between the two countries` justice ministries gave a push to boosting judicial ties.
Mammadov also highlighted large-scale judicial reforms conducted in Azerbaijan under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, as well as establishment of the new courts.
Tempel praised cooperation between the two countries in a variety of fields, especially in the legal sphere.
The diplomat also visited the Justice History Museum.
