Preliminary term of President Hollande's Baku visit determined
The preliminary term of the French President's Baku visit has been determined.
A source told Trend Agency that Francois Hollande's visit to Azerbaijan is scheduled for May.
Before President Hollande's visit, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius will visit Baku. The visit is scheduled for March, according to the source.
Earlier, the French President confirmed his intention to visit Azerbaijan this year upon the Azerbaijani counterpart's invitation at a meeting with Azerbaijani ambassador to France Elchin Amirbayov.
There was a brief conversation between ambassador Amirbayov and President Hollande during the annual meeting with the diplomatic corps accredited in France which was held in the Elysee Palace on the occasion of the New Year, the embassy told Trend earlier.
President Hollande expressed satisfaction with the recent growing dynamics in the development of bilateral French-Azerbaijani relations.
