Heydar Aliyev Alley inaugurated in Ingushetia

An Alley named after national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev was inaugurated in Malgobek, Ingushetia.
The ally was inaugurated as part of a series of events to celebrate the 80th anniversary of city's founding.
Speaking at the event, President of Ingushetia Yunus-bek
Yevkurov noted the role of "prominent statesman and politician"
Heydar Aliyev in Azerbaijan's development.
"This Alley symbolizes the indestructible bonds of friendship and
unity between people of Russia and Azerbaijan. He's one of the best
sons of Azerbaijani people, who left a good name behind," he
said.
Yevkurov described the involvement of the Azerbaijani diaspora in
the region's social and political life as active.
Head of the Azerbaijani Diaspora Rahmatullah Babayev thanked the
Ingushetian leadership for opening the alley, and highlighted
serious steps taken for the establishment of friendly relations
between the two nations.
Babayev also expressed his gratitude for immortalizing the memory of Azerbaijanis who defended Malgobek city against Nazis.
The members of Azerbaijan`s national-cultural diaspora also expressed their gratitude to the head of the Ingushetian Republic.
The Ingushetia leadership's efforts in establishing friendship and good, neighborly relations between the two nations were also highlighted at the event.
