President Aliyev orders to speed up socio-economic development of Astara
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Sept.12 signed an order on extra measures to speed up socio-economic development of the country`s Astara District,AzerTag state news agency reported.
Under the Presidential Order, 2 million manats will be allocated from the 2013 Reserve Fund of the President to the Astara Executive Authorities.
