Baku satisfied with development of ties with Athens - minister
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received newly appointed Ambassador of Greece to Azerbaijan Dimitrios Tsoungas on August 27, the ministry reported.
Mammadyarov congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and expressed his satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations between the two countries.
Mammadyarov also expressed confidence that Dimitrios Tsoungas's work will help to expand ties between Azerbaijan and Greece and wished him success in future activity.
Tsoungas presented the copies of his credentials to Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, and noted that during his diplomatic mission he will make every effort for the development of relations between the countries.
