Russia- Azerbaijan strategic partnership is very important- Russian official
Vice Speaker of the Russian State Duma Ludmila Shvetsova said that Russia and Azerbaijan enjoy good neighborly relations, AzerTag state news agency reported.
'The fact that Russia and Azerbaijan are together as strategic partners is of great importance to us,' Shvetsova said.
Noting that Relations between Azerbaijan and Russia date back to ancient time, she said that these relations were built not over years, but over centuries.
"We want to develop our relations, and will put our efforts in this," she said.
