Azerbaijani president attends opening ceremony of drinking water pipeline
President Aliyev took part at the opening ceremony of the drinking water pipeline, viewed the stands with the photos of the Shirvan-Mugan water pipeline technical parameters, and afterwards met with the public of Hajigabul District, AzerTac state news agency reported.
The Head of State was told that through one of the Kur-Baku pipelines water was supplied to Hajigabul, Shirvan, Neftchala and Bilasuvar cities as well as 121 villages. The launch of the Shirvan-Mughan group pipeline ensured the continuous supply of quality drinking water to a total of 470,000 people.
Speaker at the event, Hafiz Bashirov on behalf of Hajigabul district`s people thanked the President for his care and attention.
