Azerbaijan`s ambassador hands over his credentials to OPCW head
Azerbaijani ambassador to Netherlands Mirhamza Afandiyev has
presented his credentials to Director-General of the Organisation
for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Ahmed Uzumcu,
AzerTac state news agency reported.
The Director General of OPCW praised cooperation with
Azerbaijan.
Afandiyev, in turn, said that Azerbaijan was interested in
cooperation with the OPCW, adding the country will continue its
activity on this direction.
The ambassador also presented the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister`s
letter to Uzumcuwhich invites him to Baku.
