Azerbaijani president signs decree on creation of Pirallahi District of Baku
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on amendments
to the "Exemplary structure of the office of the head of executive
power of the cities, regions and districts of the Republic of
Azerbaijan, representatives of the head of executive power on the
administrative territorial province and regional administrative
territorial areas and the number of staff", AzerTac state news
agency reported.
According to the Decree, in line with the document, guided by
paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, for
the purpose of ensuring the execution of the Law of Azerbaijan of
December 21, 2012 "On creation of the Pirallahi District within the
administrative and territorial unit of Baku", the Cabinet of
Ministers is empowered to ensure allocation of necessary financial
means to provide for the activity of the executive power of
Pirallahi District in line with the above mentioned amendments.
The document also envisages a building for the executive power of
Pirallahi District and settlement of other issues emanating from
this decree.
