Azeri president inaugurates school in Gobustan settlement
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday inaugurated a school in Gobustan settlement of Garadagh region of the capital Baku.
In accordance with an order dated April 2 2011, President Aliyev allocated 2 million manats on construction of the new school No 330 with 800 seats.
The three-storied building includes 48 classrooms, assembly
hall, library, labs and studies on physics, chemistry, biology,
rooms of dentists and psychologist.
Besides, football, volleyball and basketball pitches were installed
here. The president praised conditions created in the school.
Last March, President Aliyev gave instructions on socio-economic
development of the settlements adjacent to the capital, during the
conference held under his chairmanship in Baku Mayor`s Office.
Last April President Aliyev visited Gobustan settlement to
familiarize himself with implementation of the given
instructions.
