Azeri injured in PKK terror attack in Turkey: official
An Azerbaijani citizen was injured in a terrorist attack committed by militants of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in the Turkish province of Igdir, according to preliminary data, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman told Trend news agency on Tuesday.
Elman Abdullayev said the Azerbaijani Consulate General in Kars will render the necessary assistance to the wounded, who hails from the Sadarak region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Earlier, Turkish media reported that civilians were injured in the PKK attack on military vehicles.
