German FM due Wednesday
German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle is due to arrive in Azerbaijan on Wednesday as part of his tour of the South Caucasus region, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Elman Abdullayev has said.
Westerwelle will hold a number of official meetings in Baku, including one with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.
After wrapping up his visit to Azerbaijan on Thursday, the German minister will head to neighboring Georgia and Armenia.
