Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will visit Azerbaijan next week, the Anadolu news agency quotes Turkish Foreign Ministry's spokesman Selcuk Unal as saying.
Unal said Davutoglu will visit Nakhchivan on Jan.17, where a trilateral meeting of Azerbaijan, Iran and Turkey's foreign ministers will be held. The spokesman said the meeting will feature discussions on prospects of cooperation strengthening among the three neighboring countries.
An agreement to hold the meeting was reached during a meeting of the three countries' deputy ministers in Nakhchivan in November 2011.
