Azerbaijan aims to access Kuwaiti defense industry market
Azerbaijan has held talks with Kuwait on access of its defense industry goods to the Arab nation’s market, according to the Azerbaijani Defense Industry Ministry.
Minister Yaver Jamalov discussed the issue with representatives of Kuwaiti power-wielding agencies during his visit to the country earlier this week on the sidelines of the Gulf Defense and Aerospace exhibition. The two countries also agreed that the Azerbaijani Defense Industry Ministry will be invited to participate in Kuwaiti tenders on the purchase of military goods in the future.
97 types of military goods manufactured by the ministry were showcased at the exhibition held December 12-14. The goods were highly assessed by representatives of the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Canada and other countries.
