French president awards Azeri first lady with order
Azerbaijani First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva has been awarded with the French state order - the Order of the Legion of Honor in Baku on Friday.
Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Nicholas Sarkozy of France attended the ceremony.
Sarkozy addressed the event.
The French leader presented the Order of the Legion of Honor in the rank of Officer to Mehriban Aliyeva.
