US State Dept. official to meet Azeri, Armenian FMs
US Deputy Secretary of State Bill Burns will meet with Azerbaijani
and Armenian foreign ministers in New York on Friday, APA was told
by the US officials.
The meeting with Edward Nalbandian has been scheduled at 2pm EST, while the following meeting with Elmar Mammadyarov will take place at 3.30 pm.
Both meetings will be closed for the media coverage.
The source said that Nagorno Karabakh peace negotiations and bilateral relations will be the main agenda of the discussions.
Mammadyarov is in New York to attend the 66th session of the UN General Assembly.
