Jordanian parliament sets up friendship group on Azerbaijan
BAKU – A group on friendship with Azerbaijan has been established in the Jordanian parliament.
Kanan Murtuzov, first secretary of the Azerbaijani embassy in Amman, has held a meeting in parliament with the group’s chairman Hadban and its members.
Hadban praised the rapid development of cooperation between the two countries, stressing the importance of expanding inter-parliamentary relations. He said the friendship groups set up in both countries’ parliaments will further deepen bilateral ties, adding that it was important for Azerbaijani and Jordanian lawmakers to pay mutual visits and exchange experience.
